Scuba Diving Adventure – Open Water Course
Duration: 3 Fun-Filled Days
The three-day Open Water Diver course is designed to certify you as an Open Water Scuba Diver for life. Each day includes comprehensive training and diving experiences.
Course Overview
- Dive Theory Online Training:
Engage with chapters of video instruction and dive theory taught in online classes, followed by daily training and dives. At the end of the course, you will take a multiple-choice test to assess your understanding. - Diving in Confined Water:
Practice operating your equipment underwater in a shallow water or swimming pool setting. - Open Water Diving:
Under the supervision of your instructor, you will complete 4 comprehensive underwater dives to depths of 12 meters for the initial two dives and up to 18 meters for dives 3 and 4.

Course Components
The Open Water Diver course comprises three key components:
- Knowledge Development: Understand basic principles of scuba diving through home study.
- Confined Water Dives: Learn essential scuba skills in a controlled environment.
- Open Water Dives: Review your skills and explore the underwater world.
Prerequisites: No prior experience is needed! Divers in their 70s have successfully completed the course.
During the Open Water Diver course, you will make at least four dives under the supervision of your instructor. The materials cover essential scuba skills, terminology, and safety procedures, ensuring you’re well-prepared for your diving adventures.
